One Step Mud Mat® respects your privacy.  Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information will be protected and not released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals.   Your information will be used solely for the purposes of providing our products and services to you only as you have requested.  Your contact info may also be used to notify you about website updates and/or for marketing purposes.

Ad-servers: One Step Mud Mat® is not affiliated with any ad-server companies.   Upon request, we will provide site visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them.

Refund Policy

AII One Step Mud Mat® products which have been purchased online, have a 30 day return period. Within 30 days of purchase, product(s) may be returned, with  your  receipt, for a refund.

We will credit the original purchase price less S&H (shipping and handling) and a 20%  restocking fee. The credit will be issued within two weeks of the product(s) arriving in our home office.

**It is strongly recommended that all returns be sent  by a guaranteed/insured method of shipping as credits/refunds will  ONLY be issued if the product(s) is actually received in our office within the above specified time frame.
